Returns & Exchanges

If you are not happy with your purchase, items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund or store credit. Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase. Once we receive the returned item, Donna Rara will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order).

Once you've submitted your return request, we will contact you with details of your return so that you can send your item(s) back to us. Returns are usually processed within 5 business days of receipt and you'll receive an email detailing your return once this has been done.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed. Discounted items are not eligible for a return.

Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and track-able mail service.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.

  • Store Credit   For minor issues such as sizing, slightly slow shipping, or general unhappiness
  • Cash Only for major issues that are like, 100% our bad
  • Order Cancellations made after 6 hours of ordering.  Our system will automatically ship your order within 6 hours
  • Measurements that are only 1" off the described, review our size guide
  • Color shades might be slightly different due to photography lighting, email us at customercare@donnarara.com for any color questions

Anti-fraud and Anti-abuse 

To prevent credit card fraud, we monitor orders and cooperate with authorities when contacted.
