What happened to my other items?

Our products our 100% Made in USA items are shipped separately to be as efficient as possible. We pass the savings to you! At any time, feel free to contact us if you're unsure.

How long can I keep my cart or basket open?

Your cart will be saved on your account for up to 12 months, provided the items are available in stock.

How do I sign up for an account?

To sign up for an account on our platform, you need to enter your email address and choose your preferred password. Note that the email address you submitted would be your identification.

How can I edit my account?

You can change or update your password or billing information by clicking on “My Account” and enter your identification and password in order to make changes to your account.

Do you take orders over the phone?

We are sorry; Donna Rara does not take orders over the phone. But we are willing to answer your call and assist you in placing an order.

Why is shipping to Canada more expensive than shipping to USA?

Canada Post is one of the most expensive shippers for parcels. Canada Post also loses mail quite often and is quite slow. It is cheaper to ship a sweater to Hawaii than to Toronto. To fix this issue, we ship via more reliable/faster American shippers. Although it may seem expensive, we'd rather you get your clothes safely!

Where is my Tracking #? Why does it work?

Some shipping options do not come with tracking #s and sometimes we simply forget to copy it for you. But if you're unsure for any reason, please contact us! Also, when tracking #'s get produced, it still takes the shipper a few days for it to become activated. Please check tracking #'s a few days after you get it and it should work. Accousionaly  your country's customs will detain packages and that would affect tracking as well.

I don't use USD, do you host my currency?

Yes, it's all handled by smart software! Our store displays your local currency first, then when checking it, it converts to your USD. So don't be alarmed if you see prices change to USD, you can check the conversion rates yourself or select any other currency from the top right menu.

What can I do if something is out of stock?

Oh no! On the bright side it means you've got amazing taste - just use our "Notify Me" feature or shoot us an email with your desired clothing item(s) and size(s), and we can work out some preorders!

Why was my credit card declined?

Declines happen for a variety of security reasons. Your bank has automated systems that determine whether or not to accept charges. These systems take various signals into account, such as your spending habits, account balance, and card information like the expiration date and CVV. Since these signals are constantly changing, a previously successful card might be declined in the future. Even if all of the card information is correct, and even if you previously had a successful payment, a future charge can still be declined by a bank’s overzealous fraud systems. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about your banking.

The best way to get around this is to ask someone to buy you GIFT CARDS or use PAYPAL.
